Develop and implement data collection and activation strategies to improve consumer engagement and marketing efforts.
Lead and manage a team responsible for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing consumer data to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data collection and activation to continuously improve processes and techniques.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party data providers to enhance our understanding of consumer behaviors and preferences.
Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business strategies and initiatives.
Create and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership to communicate data findings and make recommendations for future actions.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all data collection and activation efforts.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team to enhance data capabilities and drive innovation.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted and personalized campaigns based on consumer data insights.
Continuously review and assess data collection and activation processes to identify areas for improvement.
Act as a thought leader and advocate for data-driven decision-making within the company.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed on the latest data collection and activation trends and technologies.
Manage budget and resources to support data collection and activation efforts.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is integrated into all aspects of the business, including product development, sales, and customer service.
