Develop and implement company-wide compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Lead and manage the compliance team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success. Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify any potential risks and ensure proper adherence to all regulations. Oversee the company's compliance training program, ensuring that all employees are educated and informed on compliance matters. Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and concerns, both internally and externally. Stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards and communicate any changes or updates to the appropriate stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes and operations. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations to stay informed of best practices and industry trends. Investigate and report any potential compliance breaches or violations, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed. Champion a culture of compliance within the organization, promoting ethical behavior and decision-making at all levels. Communicate regularly with senior management and provide updates on compliance matters, including any potential risks or issues. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and make recommendations for improvement. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance matters and provide guidance and support to all levels of the organization. Represent the company in compliance-related meetings, conferences, and events.
