Find your future at Revvity • Lead and orchestrate the annual operating plan (AOP) process for the regions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and growth priorities.• Act as a strategic finance partner to the senior leadership team by providing forward-looking financial insights, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations for monthly leadership meetings, strategic goal setting, annual operating plans, and monthly/quarterly operational reviews.• Evaluate and optimize revenue channels, commercial investments, and go-to-market strategies to maximize profitable growth.• Drive product profitability and margin expansion initiatives, partnering with commercial and operational leaders to improve pricing strategies, product mix, and cost structures.• Collaborate with Credit & Collections and Commercial leadership to enhance working capital management and accelerate cash generation.• Oversee and strengthen quarterly forecasting, performance reporting, and financial visibility across Orders, Price, Backlog, Revenue, Margins, and Cash, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.• Lead key finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing financial processes, tools, and analytics capabilities to support scalable growth.• Build and develop a high-performing Commercial Finance team by hiring, coaching, and mentoring Finance Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development while embedding Revvity’s core values.• Experience partnering with Senior leadership in a global organization.• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations• Strong systems and tools expertise, including SAP, Hyperion, Business Objects, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives across global organizations• Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior management and influence key stakeholders• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences• Highly organized and results-oriented, able to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment• Strategic mindset combined with operational rigor, with a strong bias for action and a focus on driving simplification, transparency, and measurable business impact
