Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of tailored sales strategies to leverage Crown Bioscience's business opportunities in the area of translational science, specifically Oncology.
Responsibilities:
â˘Develop and implement strategic sales plans (short term and long term) to achieve corporate goals in the assigned market;The role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of tailored sales strategies to leverage Crown Bioscience's business opportunities in the area of translational science, specifically Oncology
â˘Identify and analyze business opportunity, and formulate plans to capture the opportunity and deal with problems;
â˘Contact prospective customer/partner companies to further explore business opportunities and manage negotiations;
â˘Develop and maintain key business relationships across a broad sphere of influence, both internally and externally.
â˘Logistics management in daily order.
Minimum Requirements:
â˘Bachelor Degree in Molecular and Cell Biology or related life science field
â˘Drug discovery experience selling to biotech â at least 4-5 years of experience
â˘Relevant business development experience (Biotech, CRO) is required
â˘Masterful selling skills that result in strong, trusting customer relationships
â˘Masterful negotiation experience with preferred background knowledge
â˘Flexibility spending up to 40% travel after pandemic when needed
Preferred Requirements:
â˘Have strong background in oncology and in vivo pharmacology highly desired.
For Director, Business Development, salary range is $130,000-155,000
