Hotspex Media is seeking a Director of Agency and Brand Partnerships to support the growth and expansion of our client and agency relationships within the U.S. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing outreach and proposal efforts, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships across the media and marketing landscape.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Director of Agency and Brand Partnerships will help position Hotspex Media as a collaborative and performance-driven media partner by building strong relationships with prospective clients and agency teams.

Whether working directly with brands, in partnership with creative agencies, or as a technology collaborator, we act as a true extension of our clients' teams.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across brands and agencies
ā¢ Lead the end-to-end business development process from prospecting to closing
ā¢ Collaborate with the VP of Business Development to align outreach strategy with company objectives
ā¢ Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and introductory materials
ā¢ Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM (HubSpot)
ā¢ Coordinate with internal teams on handoff and onboarding of new partners
ā¢ Represent Hotspex Media at industry events and networking opportunities
ā¢ Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and shifts in client needs
Qualifications
ā¢ 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within media, advertising, or ad tech
ā¢ Proven ability to close complex deals and grow new client relationships
ā¢ Strong understanding of the advertising and media agency landscape
ā¢ Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
ā¢ Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
Compensation and Benefits
ā¢ Base is $120-175k USD commensurate based on years' experience. Bonus of up to 8% of net revenue generated based on the established target.
