Director, Account Management - Tolling

Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success in cultivating strong client relationships. Foster a customer-centric culture within the account management team, prioritizing client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies and stay ahead of industry developments. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within existing tolling clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Oversee the development and execution of client proposals, contracts, and service level agreements. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of the account management team and identify areas for improvement. Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to drive overall business objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks. Represent Conduent and the tolling division at industry conferences and events, building brand awareness and promoting our services.
