Company DescriptionAdvanced Communications (AC3) secures and protects asset to Residential and Small Businesses through quick response alarm monitoring, with top line security, medical and fire systems and specialize in commerical medical alarm monitoring and maintenance administration to the independent senior living communities. Job DescriptionThis unique position will assist with many departments and will link our Customer Service departments and other departments within the company, to provide customers with a one-person contact to reduce transferring calls from department to department. The position entails, but not limited to:Answering inbound calls, and emails for requests from customers and techniciansPlace alarm systems on testChange/update data information from client (in multiple systems) Assist with account setup and programmingAssist with selling products and ordering products requested from customer (prmotions and marketing)Other duties assigned by the operations managerQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDExcellent customer service and communications skills (and writing)Excellent computer skills in microsoft officeData Entry experience is a mustAble to answer multi-line phone system within 3 ringsMulti-task and manage varies software systemsWork independentlyMedical Terminology is helpfu, but not required Additional InformationPart-Time (30 hours), Work From Home, 1099 Position$15/hour Entry-level position.Must send resume.
