Dir. Finance - Real Estate and Growth (Remote- Greater Chicago Area)
For our client, we are seeking a Dir. Finance - Real Estate And Growth (remote- Greater Chicago Area) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, and measurable demand creation.
You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Hospitals & Medical Centers environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $146,128 – $206,078 annually
Responsibilities
• Oversee financial modeling and evaluation of new clinic locations and expansions
• Analyze site-level economics, including costs and contribution margins
• Lead cash flow analysis for real estate investments
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare monthly progress reports
• Develop standardized financial playbooks for scalable site expansion
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8 years of progressive finance experience, particularly in multisite healthcare or real estate finance
• Significant experience required in de novo site development, acquisitions, or rapid geographic expansion
• Strong expertise in site-level financial modeling and capital planning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical and operational leaders
