Digital Web Designer

Vokal, a boutique digital agency, is seeking a Digital Web Designer for our fast-growing team. As a Digital Web Designer, you will define and design digital experiences including websites and apps, including defining the foundational user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI) design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and brand values into compelling digital experiences that resonate with our clients and their audiences. Our unique team blends experienced digital athletes from high-growth start-ups with experienced agency/marketing leaders to create a powerful blend of digital transformation capabilities. As a Digital Web Designer you will: - Design Digital Experiences: Define and design digital experiences including websites and apps, including defining the foundational user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI) design. (Tools: Figma) - Apply CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and Data-Driven Design Decisions: Leverage analytics and user behavior insights to inform creative direction and optimize design for performance. Use A/B testing, user feedback, and performance data to iterate toward higher conversion rates and improved engagement. - Follow Industry Trends: Stay informed about experience design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously improve and innovate across all design disciplines. - Embrace Feedback and Iteration: Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into design iterations. Continuously refine and improve design concepts based on feedback and performance metrics.
