Digital Summer Intern - MGH Systems Management
About the position Responsibilities • Software testing, including writing and executing test scripts and tracking software defects • Observing and documenting customer/business workflows as needed • System maintenance activities (e.g. adding/removing user access) • Participation in design and development meetings with software engineers • Assisting with front line support ticket triaging • Assisting with management of mobile devices • The intern may be assigned other duties depending on workload capacity. Requirements • High School Diploma or Equivalent required • Current enrollment in college-level courses required • Excellent communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail required • Ability to quickly learn new software programs • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Strong customer service skills • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams preferred • Must be reliable and punctual. • Ability to take and follow direction. • Willingness to learn.
