About the position We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Digital Strategy & Innovation Director to lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives. As a CBRE Digital Strategy & Innovation Director, you will be pivotal in driving the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of digital solutions that enhance our competitive edge and deliver exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, technological expertise, and leadership skills to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. • Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation to drive business growth and efficiency. • Lead the ideation, development, and deployment of innovative digital solutions and processes. • Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team and across the organization. • Significantly improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. • Assist with the development and implementation of digital strategies. • Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, into business processes. • Ensure seamless adoption and utilization of digital tools and platforms. • Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through innovative digital solutions. • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve digital offerings. • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance and others, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives. • Establish relationships with clients, external partners and vendors to identify emerging technologies and trends. • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital strategies. • Monitor and analyze performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new digital processes and technologies. • Provide training and support to employees to enhance digital literacy and capabilities. • Manage digital projects from conception to completion to adoption. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, set project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. • Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains at the forefront of digital trends and technologies. • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Efficiently allocate resources and manage team workloads to ensure timely and successful project delivery. • Address and resolve any team conflicts or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and productive work environment. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Experience managing a team of digital professionals. • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring. • Ability to lead the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems. • Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. • Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
