Digital Solution Architect - AI Native BPS (US Remote)

If you want to build what the market hasn’t seen yet, this is it. You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture. Responsibilities • Understand client workflows (e.g., claims, lending, KYC) and pain points • Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms • Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams • Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities • Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption Requirements • 10+ years in Healthcare Payor or Banking • Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS • Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models • Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, even if not hands-on Benefits • medical, dental, and vision insurance • flexible spending or health savings account • life and AD&D insurance • short and long term disability coverage • paid time off • employee assistance • participation in a 401k program with company match • additional voluntary or legally-required benefits Apply tot his job
