DSRs at ControlUp are upbeat and versatile, focused and well-organized individuals. The ideal candidate will join our sales team focused on outbound, inbound and channel activities in selling to a wide range of organizations over the phone. You must be comfortable with actively reaching out to prospects, participate in events and establish strategic partnerships in your territory. You must also have demonstrated experience with growing pipelines, managing sales process and be an excellent closer. How You’ll Spend Your Day Extend the sales in the assigned territory.Sell directly and indirectly to a wide range of organizationsActively reach out, create and develop new opportunities Participate in events and establish new partnershipsManage sales cycles according to the company’s processParticipate in events and establish new partnerships in assigned territoryThis is a hybrid role with 4 days/in office and 1 day/from home Your Experience and Qualifications 2 + Years of previous proven experience2+ Years of proven experience in Direct sales/PartnersExperience in selling SW B2B Technology based products in the territoryFluent in English - a Must (any other language is an advantage)Experience in managing the sales process from start to finish with Senior/C-level executives.Proven track record of success quarter by quarter within the focus territoryPositive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, revenue driven, highly creativeSelf-motivation personality and genuine commitment to excellence in salesA business-driven mindset with strong sales abilities and can-do attitudeAble to explain complex technical ideas in a way that clients understand and get excited aboutImpeccable integrity and organizational standardsBachelor's degree required. Equivalent experience may be substituted on a case-by-case basis
