DIGITAL PRIVACY COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities • Responsible for Digital Compliance and Privacy activities across the company. • Manage ISO 27001 and TISAX audits, support on the customer compliance requests and other external and internal audits. • Operationally handle incoming Security & Privacy requests and data subject access requests globally. • Regularly audit the Harman environment (web sites, applications…) to make sure we stay compliant with the regulations and we correctly protect the dataset containing PII. • Maintain the internal IT controls to continuously achieve compliance. • Manage and maintain the Security policies and procedure documents. Requirements • 5-8 years of experience on Cyber Security or Compliance in a global footprint. • Audit background around TISAX or ISO 27001. • Solid experience on data privacy regulations and frameworks (e.g. GDPR, CCPA). • Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading, writing and speaking. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. • Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves • Industry certifications related to compliance or information security (CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementator or Lead Auditor). • Basic experience on networking and Cloud security. • Project Management Experience.
