We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Digital Phone Support Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various digital communication platforms, including phone calls, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via digital phone support, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products, services, and account-related queries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer concerns and providing tailored resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery and support skills.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a digital or phone support environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

The pay range for this role is:

28.90 - 35.10 USD per hour(Remote (Naperville, Illinois, US))
