They are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Coordinator to manage their digital product catalog, ensuring an elevated shopping experience through effective merchandising strategies and collaboration with various teams.ResponsibilitiesBuild, launch, and maintain all digital product listingsManage product discovery and category page merchandising, aligned to DTC editorial calendar and brand storytelling throughout the yearOwn the item attribution, categorization, seasonal presentations, and visual filter management to enhance customer navigationCoordinate product launches by partnering with product managers, inventory, and marketing teams to ensure accurate images, inventory presentation, and compelling product copyManage technical aspects of product catalog maintenance, including routine Excel imports, Notify Me functionality, product setup, and redirect managementDevelop and analyze merchandising reports to inform ongoing site merchandising strategies and optimizations, supporting overall site KPIsExplore and leverage AI-powered tools and automations to enhance our merchandising strategy and present a more personalized experience to our customersProactively identify areas of opportunity for new products, address digital product-related issues, and determine needs for onsite merchandising and product discoveryMonitor competitive landscape for emerging DTC merchandising trends and identify opportunities for continued innovation on OR.comSkillsBachelor's degree in e-commerce, marketing, communications, or related field0-2 years' experience working in ecommerce, any Shopify exposure a plusExperience working in Excel (including V-Lookups) and bulk managing large data filesExposure and/or some familiarity with Google Analytics and/or other marketing or ecommerce analytics toolsStrong quantitative skills to analyze sales reports & campaign results and implement action plansStrong project management, problem solving, and communication skills with the proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detailAbility to demonstrate big picture thinking and knowledge of company initiatives, business priorities and cross-functional relationships that can be translated to customer-facing strategiesSelf-motivated, results-oriented team player mentalityAdaptable to changing priorities and flexible to urgent issuesDesire to consistently learn and apply new technologiesPassion for the outdoors and Outdoor Research's core activities is a plusBenefits11 paid holidays each year and 3 floating holidaysPTO/PSSTTransportation benefitsPaid volunteer timeComprehensive medical, dental and vision plans401k with discretionary company matchRon Gregg Annual Outdoor BenefitBouldering wall and GymProduct discountsEmployee interest groups including various sports activitiesCompany OverviewOutdoor Research® is Designed by Adventure®.
