Digital Media Specialist

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will develop, implement and oversee Palenque Group digital marketing with a fun and creative approach. Generating initiatives including but not limited to paid campaigns, social media, APP communication, content creation and e-mail blast. You will work directly with senior partners and advertising agencies to achieve increasing brand awareness, customer value e increase traffic and conversions

We are looking for someone that is a go-getter, wants to help keep building up the brands and help grow the digital marketing team with their knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Generate strategies and analyze results from Digital Marketing campaigns, including Social Media campaigns.

· Develop strategic content according to the marketing plan.

· Evaluate visual publications in conjunction with the senior Sr. Marketing Coordinator, Creative Team and Ad Agency.

· Effectively manage allocated budget for digital marketing.

· Develop Social Media publication guide

· Interact with our audience on social media.

· Develop E-Mail Newsletter campaigns - both internal and external

· Manage campaigns and communication in our Mobile Application platform.

· Content Generator: Attend events, local activities, and store openings to gather content for publication.

· Manage and create content for the Palenque Group LinkedIn Company Page

· Monitor assigned social media KPIs and metrics

· Support additional digital task requested by Marketing, HR or Operations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field. (preferred)

· 3 years of experience in digital marketing (organic and paid)

· Working knowledge of Hootsuite or any other scheduling platform.

· Experience with Google Analytics (Certification preferred)

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and XD)

· Creativity and great writing skills

· Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (reading and writing)
