About the Product • Mobile app: AI Werewolf – Multiplayer Strategy Game • Platform: Android (iOS coming soon) • Genre: Social deduction, party game with AI-powered virtual players • bolthires: Casual gamers, Werewolf/Mafia fans, social game lovers • Beta Testing: In progress with over 50 early testersJob Summary We're looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist to grow and engage our player base through content creation, influencer outreach, and performance-based campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, bolthires Shorts, Discord, and Reddit.This role is performance-driven, with commission-based rewards (10% of user payments for 3 months per user). Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute growth-focused content marketing strategies • Create and manage engaging short-form videos, memes, and social posts • Develop and manage influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships • Design and monitor paid and organic campaigns • Track conversion metrics and optimize user acquisition funnels • Moderate and grow community channels (Discord, Reddit, etc.) You Might Be a Fit If You...• Love mobile games, especially social deduction genres like Werewolf/Mafia • Know your way around TikTok trends, Discord engagement, and Reddit growth hacks • Have strong copywriting and video editing skills for short-form content • Understand performance marketing and conversion tracking • Are comfortable working part-time, remotely, and independently • Are familiar with UTM, referral codes, and influencer tracking toolsCompensation • Commission-based: 10% of revenue from each new paid user you bring, based on their first 3 months of payment • Additional performance bonuses possible • No cap on earnings — more paying users, more reward • Option for long-term equity or role expansion based on impact Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Temporary Pay: From $10.00 per monthBenefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
