Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Advertising (PPC)

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing a six-figure ad spend, optimizing ads, split testing, and researching keywords to improve the reach and performance of our paid platforms. You'll work closely with our senior marketers and designers to create ad creatives that drive results. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve peak performance
Conduct keyword research, identify top-performing keywords, and improve quality scores
Collaborate with designers to create ad creatives and iterate on ad copy
Split test ad variations, identify winning strategies, and scale successful campaigns
Provide insights and strategy for email marketing, CRO, online conversions, landing pages, and other revenue opportunities
Goals and Objectives:
Increase SQLs and MQLs by 25% MoM
Increase paid ad conversions by 30% MoM
Optimize CTRs and CPC for Meta and Google Ads
Improve Google Ad quality score
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Hubspot landing page creation experience
TikTok ads experience a plus
Shopify experience a plus
Email marketing experience a plus
