Digital Marketing Specialist (Min. 3 Years of SEO & SEM)

About the Role We're seeking a data-driven digital marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of campaign performance and analytics. This role combines strategic paid media management with advanced data analysis to drive measurable business results. You'll own end-to-end campaign optimization while building the data infrastructure that powers our marketing decisions. What You'll Do Campaign Performance & Optimization (40%) • Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and emerging platforms • Execute A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI • Implement SEO/SEM best practices to enhance organic visibility and paid search performance • Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV Marketing Analytics & Data Management (40%) • Build and maintain SQL queries for campaign performance analysis and attribution modeling • Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI • Manage data integration between advertising platforms and Salesforce CRM • Develop predictive models to forecast campaign performance and budget allocation • Conduct cohort analysis and customer journey mapping to optimize marketing funnels Strategic Planning & Collaboration (20%) • Partner with creative teams to align messaging with data-driven insights • Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Collaborate with IT to ensure marketing technology stack integration • Support email marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills: • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns with demonstrated ROI improvement • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with marketing databases • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics 4 • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM or HubSpot, including custom reporting • Proven track record of managing $50K+ monthly ad budgets • Experience with marketing attribution and data visualization tools Technical Proficiencies: • Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4 • CRM/Marketing Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar • Data/Analytics: SQL, Excel (advanced), Tableau/Looker/Power BI • Additional Tools: Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite Nice-to-Have: • Experience with Python or R for marketing analytics • Google Ads/Analytics certifications • Background in e-commerce or lead generation • Experience with Local Services Ads (LSA) or legal marketing • Familiarity with API integrations and marketing automation What Makes You Stand Out • You're equally comfortable analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to executives • You've successfully scaled paid campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency • You can translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies • You stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates • You have a portfolio demonstrating campaign performance improvements Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field • Equivalent experience with proven results will be considered • Professional certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or similar platforms preferred Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance bonuses tied to campaign KPIs • Professional development budget for certifications, webinars and training • Flexible hybrid work arrangement • Comprehensive benefits package Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • Digital marketing: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • New York, NY 10123 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • New York, NY 10123: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10123 Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
