Digital Marketing Specialist (FinTech Experience)

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our client firm's digital presence. This role will focus on ensuring the firm's digital assets are engaging, user-friendly, visually appealing, optimized for search engines, and consistently up-to-date. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of the firm's digital content, maximizing engagement, accessibility, and digital performance. What You'll Do: Manage and oversee the firm's digital assets, ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and user experience across all digital channels. Develop, modify, and maintain digital content, including images, video content, messaging, links, and accessibility standards. Partner with vendors and internal teams to optimize digital infrastructure and ensure seamless user experiences. Analyze and improve SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and collaborate with digital advertising partners to drive traffic and engagement. Continuously test, refine, and optimize digital platforms for user engagement and accessibility, maintaining brand standards. Work closely with content owners to ensure digital content is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute data-driven digital content strategies in coordination with the Marketing & Communications team. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and website performance. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Proven expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and user experience principles. Experience with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Proficiency in digital platforms, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies. Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills. Experience managing marketing automation tools (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience preferred but not required). Knowledge of IT security best practices for digital assets. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Google Analytics Certification preferred.
