Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of various sales channels. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers to determine the best strategy to support sales
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns to engage target audiences.
• Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to support digital campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and user experience enhancements on landing pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology.

Skills
• Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of conversion optimization strategies to enhance user engagement.
• Experience with social media marketing strategies and management tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for basic website modifications.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, and performance marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to drive decision-making processes.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent copywriting skills for creating persuasive content across various platforms.
