POSITION SUMMARY: This position is a hybrid role; 3 days in our Tarrytown, NY office

Language Testing International (LTI) seeks a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with graphic design experience to support the success of our Academic and Corporate Sales and Marketing team and the broader organization. This role is essential in executing digital strategies that promote our products and services, drive lead generation, and enhance our online presence. This role will report directly to our Director of Marketing and Business Development for our corporate and government business with a dotted line to our Academic Director of Sales & Marketing. This position will collaborate across functions to execute campaigns, manage web content, and analyze performance metrics.

You will play a key role in ensuring that LTI and our Level Up Village (LUV) programs digital presence is consistent, engaging, and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Support the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing plans for LTI and LUV.
• Manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns including email, digital ads, SEO/SEM, and PPC.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance (ROI, KPIs), using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Salesforce and Pardot.
• Engage with external marketing services provider to oversee search engine optimization, digital advertising campaigns, and analytics-driven strategy.
• Monitor competitors’ digital marketing efforts and trends to inform campaign decisions.

Content Development & Graphic Design
• Manage incoming marketing content from external vendors and internal subject matter experts, overseeing the editorial process from copyediting to final delivery. Ensure timely publication across multiple channels, including the website, blog, and internal communications platforms.
• Create digital content including social media posts, blogs, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Design visual assets such as graphics, videos, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage and update content for both LTI and LUV websites using CMS platforms (e.g., Magento, WordPress).
• Build engaging assets for promotional campaigns, trade shows, and executive communications.

Social Media & Web Management
• Manage LTI Assessment and Level Up Village (LUV) social media channels, including scheduling regular posts, tracking engagement metrics, and sourcing relevant third-party content to enhance reach and relevance. Provide content and design support across LTI’s digital platforms to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Optimize and maintain websites, including layout/design changes, content updates, and blog uploads.
• Generate business intelligence reports via Magento and support technical updates.

Executive and Cross-Functional Support
• Serve as the CEO’s strategic assistant for quarterly newsletters, PowerPoint decks, and internal communications.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and represent the company at conferences and tradeshows as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and brand identity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated graphic design capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with SEO tools, email marketing platforms, Google Ads, and CMS tools (Magento, WordPress).
• Familiarity with Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Asana, Pardot, Salesforce, Formstack or similar platforms.
