Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities
• Google, Bing & Meta Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (search, display, remarketing, and social); implement A/B tests and landing page improvements to drive ROI.
• PPC & SEM Strategy: Build and manage campaigns by objective, audience, and product using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track KPIs, analyze performance, and guide data-backed decisions.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns in Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact to boost engagement and conversions.
• SEO & Content: Conduct audits, keyword research, and develop content strategies to increase organic traffic and support inbound marketing.
• Social Media: Manage both paid and organic content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with clients on strategy, campaign updates, and performance insights.
Qualifications
• 1+ years in digital marketing, PPC/SEM, Google Ads, and client communication (required)
• 1+ year with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
• 2+ years with email marketing platforms and paid/organic social media
• A/B testing, landing page optimization, and project management experience
Requirements
• Location: Must work on-site in our Saint Charles, IL office.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM/email tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking and campaign optimization
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
