What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a results-driven, creative-minded Growth Strategist to lead and execute our customer acquisition strategy across paid and owned channels. You’ll work closely with the founder and creative team to drive revenue growth, optimize campaigns, and make data-informed decisions that align with our brand DNA.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok
• Continuously optimize creative performance—test hooks, headlines, content formats, and landing pages
• Build and manage high-converting landing pages or brief our developer/designer
• Partner on Klaviyo email/SMS flows and campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs—ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, etc weekly
• Ideate and brief content strategies for organic TikTok, Reels, and UGC
• Collaborate on product launches and evergreen funnel builds
What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years experience in performance marketing or DTC eComm growth
• Deep understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and funnel logic
• Data-driven, but highly creative when it comes to testing ideas
• Ability to ideate and/or brief thumb-stopping creative
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Motion (or similar UGC tools), and GA4
• Jewelry and Fashion experience is a plus
