Responsibilities

ā¢ Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
ā¢ Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback; utilize social listening tools to gather insights.
ā¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
ā¢ Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and public relations to enhance our strategies.
ā¢ Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
ā¢ Proficiency for designing graphics and visual content.
ā¢ Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on public relations and audience engagement.
ā¢ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
ā¢ Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics software is preferred.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading abilities.
