Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback; utilize social listening tools to gather insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and public relations to enhance our strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.
• Proficiency for designing graphics and visual content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on public relations and audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading abilities.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
