Key Responsibilities

Monitor website analytics and generate reports on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.

Conduct competitor research and analyze trends to enhance marketing strategies.

Maintain and update website content, blog posts, and landing pages as needed.

Assist in SEO and SEM activities to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

Respond to online customer inquiries on social media platforms, comments, and emails when required.

Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including content planning and performance tracking.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online marketing assistance.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
