Digital Marketing Manager - Spain (f/m/d)

Tasks To strengthen our Digital & Growth Team , we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager – Spain . In this role, you will take full ownership of the go-to-market execution and online marketing performance for Placetel AI in the Spanish market . Your mission: drive awareness, demand, and growth through strong digital execution, localized websites, and scalable online marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include: Owning and executing the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in Spain Taking responsibility for the local website (content, structure, UX, conversion optimization) Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email) Localizing messaging, value propositions, and content for the Spanish market Driving improvements across the full digital funnel , from first touch to lead or trial conversion Analyzing traffic, lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities Collaborating closely with central teams (product, UX/UI, performance marketing, analytics) and external agencies Supporting local product launches, feature rollouts, and GTM initiatives Ensuring strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs Working data-driven, running tests, and continuously optimizing performance Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, digital media, or a related field 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment Strong marketing allrounder skillset (website, performance marketing, content, analytics) Hands-on mentality with a strong execution focus Solid understanding of digital KPIs , conversion optimization, and growth funnels Experience working with CMS systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market Native-level proficiency in Spanish Fluent English (German is a plus) Comfortable working in an international, fast-growing SaaS environment Benefits The opportunity to play a key role in the international expansion of Placetel AI High ownership and real impact in a fast-growing, AI-driven SaaS business A motivated, interdisciplinary Digital & Growth Team Flat hierarchies with a high degree of freedom and responsibility Remote-first setup with flexible working hours Strong focus on learning & development (trainings, certifications, personal growth) Modern work environment and regular team events Stability and long-term perspective within Gamma Communications
