Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer (SaaS)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to help scale and promote our portfolio of SaaS applications. This individual will be responsible for managing our digital footprint, executing paid and organic marketing strategies, and driving qualified traffic to our platforms across multiple channels. The ideal candidate understands SaaS marketing, performance-driven advertising, and brand building, and is comfortable working with multiple products under one umbrella. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as: • arenaflex Ads • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • LinkedIn Ads • X (Twitter), TikTok, or other relevant platforms • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies for different SaaS products • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV • Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize spend for performance 2. Digital Presence & Brand Management • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms • Help position each SaaS product clearly within its arenaflex market • Ensure landing pages, messaging, and ads are aligned for conversion • Identify opportunities to improve trust, credibility, and visibility 3. Traffic Growth & Funnel Optimization • Drive traffic to product landing pages and core platform funnels • Work on top-of-funnel, mid-funnel, and bottom-funnel strategies • Collaborate on improving onboarding flows and conversion paths • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to inform decisions Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
