Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates & Influencer (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

The Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates & Influencer role leads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Nordstrom’s Affiliate Influencer Marketing Program. This role manages full-funnel initiatives, driving performance through customer-led optimizations and data-driven strategy. The Manager works cross-functionally to ensure campaigns and always-on activities align with marketing priorities, while also serving as a key liaison with agency partners, vendors, and creators to drive operational excellence and long-term growth. A day in the life... • Own the development and execution of affiliate influencer strategies for both Nordstrom and Rack banners, ensuring alignment with marketing priorities and performance goals • Lead campaign planning to drive growth across influencer networks and direct creator relationships • Act as a primary point of contact for agency partners and affiliate vendors, ensuring strategic collaboration, innovation, and accountability • Collaborate closely across internal teams including Paid, Brand, Merchandising, Enablement, Product, Finance, Sourcing, and Analytics • Drive operational excellence through budget management & forecasting, process refinement, and platform improvements You own this if you have... • 8+ years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing with full program ownership • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field • Advanced experience with affiliate platforms and creator networks including performance tracking, campaign workflows, incentive models, and storefronts • Demonstrated ability to lead testing and measurement plans that inform strategic direction • Experience leading agency and vendor collaboration to deliver program innovation and growth • Ability to influence and negotiate priorities across various stakeholder groups • Prior experience managing multi-million-dollar annual budgets • Retail Media experience is a plus #LI-Hybrid We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
