POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing digital initiatives that drive booked jobs and revenue for T3’s multi-location home services company. This role focuses on supporting SEO performance through vendor coordination, improving website conversion through hands-on optimization, and ensuring demand generation campaigns are effectively built and aligned to convert. This is a hands-on role centered on execution, speed, and continuous optimization of integrated digital campaigns to drive qualified traffic, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates.

Work Schedule: Generally, Mon-Fri; weekend and evening work as needed based on department deadlines.

Essential Functions Statements

Execute and support SEO initiatives in partnership with external vendors
Build and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns and promotions
Support demand generation campaigns through page builds, UX improvements, and alignment
Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, social media, email, and display advertising to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
Analyze website and campaign performance, surface insights to leadership and implement data-driven improvements to boost conversion rates and user experience
Develop and manage campaign tracking and attribution frameworks (e.g., multi-touch, first/last click), ensuring accurate performance measurement across channels and translating insights into data-driven optimization strategies
Coordinate with SEO and PPC vendors to ensure campaigns and content are implemented correctly
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta), including setup, targeting, and performance improvements
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.

Experience:

3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Experience working in WordPress (Elementor or similar theme builder)
Demonstrated expertise building and optimizing landing pages with persuasive copy, effective offer framing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices to drive measurable improvements in conversions and user engagement
Experience with testing and debugging of tracking implementations in Google Tag Manager, configuring tags and triggers, identifying and resolving issues to ensure accurate data collection and reliable performance
Utilization of Google Analytics (GA4) to analyze web page performance and user behavior, and generate actionable insights while ensuring accurate tracking of key events and alignment with organizational goals

Computer Skills:

Leverage Google Search Console (GSC/GSE) insights alongside AI search analytics to optimize performance in AI Overviews and LLM-driven search, identifying opportunities to improve indexing, visibility, and inclusion in generative search results
Experience launching social media campaigns and using paid search channels, Google Ads, Bing Ads and third-party aggregators (Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack, Nextdoor)
Experience with optimizing Google Business Profiles for local map visibility, along with updating images and creating posts
Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightEdge or similar
Knowledge of website performance metrics and use of Looker Studio or similar for creating reports
