Digital Marketing Designer
We're seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the visual storyteller for our sales enablement materials and a key producer of high-impact digital ad creative. You will transform concepts into clear, compelling designs that empower our sales team and create high-performing ads for a diverse range of industries nationwide. Your primary focus will be on translating information into truly engaging visuals, ensuring our brand and product offerings are both informative and impactful, collaborating closely with internal Sales, Support, and Product teams. Please note, this job is 100% remote however you must live in either the Dallas/Ft. Worth area or near Salt Lake City for occasional company meetups.
What You’ll Be DoingSales Enablement Material Design
• Transform foundational content into visually compelling, informative, and persuasive sales materials (presentations, one-sheets, product pages) that genuinely engage our media partners.
• Innovate with creative layouts, compelling headlines, and subtle graphic elements to make complex information accessible and shareable.
• Design and develop scalable, editable templates (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint) that maintain brand integrity for partner use.
• Apply strategic thinking beyond aesthetics to transform information into compelling materials that deliver new value and drive audience engagement.
• Maintain and update visual assets across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and updated branding.
• Upload, organize, and manage material on our sales platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and ease of access for our partners.
• Regularly audit existing materials to maintain up-to-date and consistent information.
Digital Ad Creative Production
• Produce high-performing display ad creative, including static and HTML5 banner ads, for programmatic campaigns across diverse industries.
• Design high-impact ads that drive engagement and performance, applying industry best practices.
• Oversee the ad production process from initial design concepts to final export and delivery.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on marketing or sales materials.
• Proficiency with Canva and strong comfortability working within design templates.
• Experience with Creatopy or similar ad creation platforms, specifically for HTML5 banner ad production.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating an aptitude for transforming "boring" information into visually engaging and digestible content.
• Understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with digital ad best practices and how design impacts performance. ? Experience with Google Slides and PowerPoint for creating editable templates.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
