We're looking for a Digital Marketing Creator who lives and breathes content, strategy, and social engagement. Someone who can think like a brand, plan like a strategist, write like a marketer, and post like a creator. If you're the type to spot a viral moment before it happens or plan a content calendar while sipping a tequila cocktail at a pop-up event, this job is for you. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation • Develop, write, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more • Capture and edit photo/video content for reels, stories, and posts • Develop custom graphics and creative using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut • Engage with followers, manage community interaction, and track performance metrics Marketing Strategy & Planning • Work directly with our internal team to develop marketing strategies and content calendars • Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform creative • Contribute ideas for campaigns, activations, and social experiences that align with brand voice and goals Client Collaboration & Account Support • Attend meetings, provide reporting and updates, and adapt plans based on performance • Visit clients on-site (restaurants, venues, retail spaces) to gather content and support marketing initiatives • Must be available for after-hours events and weekend activations (this is the fun part!) Who You Are: • A creator, writer, and social media storyteller with a strong visual eye • Comfortable using design tools to bring creative concepts to life across digital platforms • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple brands and calendars at once • Strong communicator who loves collaboration but can work independently • Energized by restaurants, hospitality, design, and community culture • Excited to attend events, support clients in person, and build relationships IRL Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation • Basic design skills required: Must be able to create visually compelling content for social, email, and digital campaigns. • Proficient in social media platforms, scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite), Canva, and mobile video editing apps • Experience with photography/videography (phone or DSLR a plus) • Flexible availability for on-site client content capture, including evenings and weekends • Based in or around San Diego, CA Nice to Haves (but not required): • Experience with paid social ads or influencer marketing • Hospitality, events, or food industry experience Perks & Culture: • Work with a passionate team of designers, creatives, and strategists • Opportunities to attend industry events, tastings, and experiences • Supportive, creative work culture that values originality, curiosity, and great design • Office hours 10AM - 4PM How to Apply: Please include your resume, portfolio or sample social content, and a brief note on why you're the perfect fit for A7D.
