Account Executive - Digital Marketing PART-TIME
Summary:
lotus823 is seeking a creative, motivated, and dependable Account Executive (AE) with strong communication, digital marketing, and leadership skills. As a Digital Account Executive you’ll lead day-to-day account management and digital campaign execution across a range of clients and industries.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, strategic thinker, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about helping brands grow.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work at our Tinton Falls, NJ location as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management
• Lead the strategic management of client accounts including strategy creation, analysis, and team management
• Serves as the lead for client communication and relationship management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns and deliverables align with client goals
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Plan, create, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with a data-driven mindset
• Assess campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Influencer & Partnership Management
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives
• Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers and brand partners to drive authentic collaborations
• Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including outreach, contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking
• Analyze influencer campaign metrics and provide insights to enhance future partnerships
Content Development & Communication
• Write, edit, and finalize a variety of content including blog posts, social media content, creative briefs, etc.
• Ensure all content aligns with client messaging, brand voice, and strategic objectives
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Delegate and manage the activities of AAEs, ACs, interns, and support staff
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications:
• 3-5 year digital marketing experience (agency preferred)
• BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
• Experience managing both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
• Experience with Amazon marketing a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce or eCommerce platforms a plus, but not required
• Public relations experience a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to learning and continuous growth
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
• Must live in New Jersey with ability to drive to our Tinton Falls, NJ office from time to time
