Profile Requirements:
3+ years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing roles
Proven experience with Google Ads and social media advertising
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)
Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
Core responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve ROI
Monitor and improve website performance and user experience
Optimise landing pages to increase conversion rates and click-through rates (CTR)
Collaborate on content, layout, and funnel improvements
Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms
Plan and schedule content aligned with brand and campaign objectives
Analyse engagement and optimise content performance
Track and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates)
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
