Digital Designer
Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience)
Location: Remote (Only Hiring Candidates Located in United States)
Reports to: Creative Director
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for creating engaging, on-brand digital assets across multiple channels including email, social media, web, blog, and Amazon. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes direction well, and collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing and Ecomm teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Asset Creation
• Design on-brand graphics for email marketing, social media, blog content, website assets, and Amazon listings
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create compelling digital content
• Translate brand guidelines and retail requirements into effective visual assets
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on revisions and feedback
• Execute creative direction clearly and efficiently
• Work cross-departmentally to support Ecomm and Marketing initiatives
2. Motion Graphics (Light Animation)
• Create simple motion graphics and GIFs for promotional ads, emails, and social posts
• Produce engaging animated content that enhances digital performance
• Utilize Adobe After Effects (strong working knowledge required; advanced expertise not necessary)
• Optimize animations for various digital platforms
3. Project Management & Administrative Support
• Own and manage digital workflow to ensure organization and timely delivery
• Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables using Microsoft Planner, PowerPoint, or comparable tools
• Maintain strong file organization and asset management practices
• Collaborate with and delegate tasks to freelance designers when needed
• Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of digital design experience (preferably in beauty, fashion, CPG, or eCommerce)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• Strong understanding of digital marketing formats and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable receiving and implementing creative feedback
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable with AI
