We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our marketing agency that specializes in the IT sector. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring brand stories to life across websites, social media, email, and other digital platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing and creative teams to craft visually compelling content that connects with B2B tech audiencesResponsibilities:Digital & Web Design:Design engaging visual assets for websites, landing pages (Elementor), blogs (WordPress), emails, and social media.Create digital ad creatives and banner assets optimized for performance.Brand & Visual Strategy:Apply and evolve client brand guidelines across digital touchpoints.Stay up-to-date with design trends—especially in B2B tech and SaaS. Collaboration & Feedback:Participate in creative brainstorms and marketing team huddles.Present concepts to internal stakeholders or clients and incorporate feedback constructively. Workflow & Project Management:Balance multiple deadlines, ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects.Communicate progress proactively and adjust timelines when needed.Innovation & Growth:Explore new design tools, platforms, and formats.Take initiative in professional development and share new learnings with the team.Tools You’ll Use:WordPress (with Elementor) for blog layout and minor site editsAdobe Creative Suite or Figma for design workCanva or similar tools for quick-turn social media assetsSlack, ClickUp, or similar for team collaborationTo be successful in this role, you will have: Your designs are clean, engaging, and strategically aligned with IT audiences.Projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.You demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to grow.Proven experience designing for digital channelsFamiliarity with IT services or SaaS clients is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environmentStrong understanding of layout, typography, and digital best practices
