For more information, please see www.globalrescue.com . Role Overview: We are looking for a Digital Designer to join a growing team of designers at Global Rescue. This role will work remotely but the candidate must be a resident of Islamabad or nearby and must support ET (time zone). Proven proficiency in applying design principles, design thinking, typography, UX and layout is paramount, and an awareness of current trends should be demonstrated to produce clean and professional designs for both internal and external usage. This will include the creation of landing pages, digital advertisements, social media content, motion design, video editing and more. The ideal candidate will be motivated with excellent attention to detail, ensuring Global Rescue’s brand positioning and messaging are consistent and remain elevated on a global scale. We are looking for a creative thinker, user focused designer, skilled and self-starting collaborator. Responsibilities: Creating emails, digital advertisements and landing pages within company templates Designing original assets for digital advertising, landing pages and other creative endeavors Translating ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Working with developers to ensure quality and consistency through to delivery Applying UX/UI best practices to all digital projects Participating in creative concepting (advertising campaigns, layouts, wireframes, etc.) Taking feedback with an open mind and asking questions for clarity Maintaining consistency and alignment in our brand voice and identity across all creative content Assisting senior staff with various design tasks Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Experience with responsive design, prototype design, design systems and HTML/CSS Awareness of and experience implementing web-accessibility standards and practices Comfortable working with existing brand assets to update and adapt them in new ways while maintaining consistency across multiple platforms Ability to collaborate effectively with both creatives and non-creatives to meet common goals Time management skills Ability and willingness to learn new skills as necessary Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, XD) Familiarity with Open CMS is a plus Location: Islamabad COMPENSATION: Based on experience + bonus + benefits
