Digital Content Creator

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is seeking a full-time Digital Content Creator to enhance their digital presence across social platforms. This role involves creating high-quality videos and images, collaborating with team members, and ensuring brand consistency in all content produced.ResponsibilitiesAbility to create solid video compositions while adhering to brand guidelines across various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etcDevelop creative concepts and storyboard ideas for video content that resonate with strategy and increase benchmarks such as site traffic, sales and audience engagementProduce high-quality videos showcasing ice cream flavors, menu item launches and brand ethosBrainstorm innovative and captivating video series, tutorials, recipes, and other engaging formats to promote brand visibility and engagementAbility to capture pixel-perfect lifestyle, product and event imagery to use as promotional materialAssisting in photoshoots: videography, BTS footage, etcImage editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs across both print and digital collateralCoordinate video shoots including location scouting and equipment setupCollaborate with other team members to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materialsNimbleness and adaptability to real time changes while capturing footageSupport the marketing team in the development and design of digital assets including email, social graphics, in-store, grocery and digital advertisementsEnsuring and maintaining visual brand consistency across all design projects such as internal/external decks and presentationsAbility to prepare and review files for print production, ensuring accuracy and qualitySkills1 to 3 years experience in a Content Creation role (in-house experience required)Excited by the opportunity to experiment creating new types of contentExperience in capturing photo and video content, ideally with an emphasis on foodIdeal candidate has experience with food styling and an eye for visual presentationSavviness to social trends to keep content fresh and relevantWillingness to travel and be on-site when opportunities ariseEnthusiastic self starterDetail and process orientedKnowledge of industry standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) to create engaging and polished final productsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canon C70, iPhoneBenefitsEligible for annual 5% bonusEmployee Scoop Card (Enjoy Ice Cream from any of our scoop shops nationwide)Medical, Dental + Vision Insurance with 70% Employer Contribution401k with up to 4% Employer MatchCell Phone Reimbursement PlanWellness Reimbursement PlanFlexible Time OffPaid Sick TimeYearly Performance ReviewsCompany OverviewVan Leeuwen Ice Cream is a maker of ice cream made from natural ingredients.
