The Role
This is a hybrid role which will combine remote working with site presence in client projects and office locations.
Purpose of the role
As Digital Construction Implementation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping construction organisations successfully adopt our tools on site. This will involve forming relationships with these customers and understanding their specific challenges, conducting training sessions, answering questions about the product, and working with them to identify ways they can get even more benefit from Shape.
You’ll setup our Digital Implementation function to scale. You’ll be particularly involved in gathering feedback from customers and helping the product team use those insights to improve our products.
Team Digital Implementation at Shape sits at the intersection of Sales and Product, acting as a key bridge between customers and our wider organisation. The team you will be joining plays an important role in the product development process by contributing real-world insights and feedback from implementations.
This means at Shape, you’ll collaborate closely with sales consultants to support customer conversations and onboarding, while also working regularly with designers and engineers
