The Digital Chat Representative role involves providing premium customer service for a footwear distributor through various digital channels including phone, chat, email, and social media. Responsibilities

Requirements
Ā Must have digital chat experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with 55 WPM.

Ā Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire.

Ā Must be able to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references.
