Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to support digital channel initiatives. Monitor and report on digital channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all digital channel activities. Train and educate team members on new digital tools and platforms. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to digital channels. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience through digital channels.
