Digital Banking Manager
New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) has an opportunity for an experienced leader with proven experience in digital banking to join our team as a Digital Banking Manager. This position is based in Concord, NH and offers a hybrid based schedule.

Salary negotiable based on level of experience
Digital Banking Manager: $58,000 - $75,000
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Β Responsible for managing digital banking services and personnel
Β Works with internal departments, vendors and employees to ensure the timely resolution of issues impacting digital banking customers and services
Β Manage the overall workflow for the department and ensure customer service production levels meet established standards
Β Actively participate in the timely and successful delivery of new digital banking and related integrated services
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Β Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and experience with digital banking applications and services
Β Experience performing advanced level digital banking activities to include system administration, working in an expert capacity, implementing new digital services and facilitating system upgrades
Β Experience performing high level research, analysis and issue resolution, including those related to system interfaces
Β Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Β Strong time management and execution skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
Β Must possess the ability to work independently as well as actively participate in team projects and initiatives
