YOUR JOB: As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will own the performance and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns, directly contributing to patient enrollment across clinical trials.
This is not a set-and-forget role. You’ll continuously analyze, optimize, and refine campaigns to drive measurable results.
You’ll primarily work within Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while also leveraging other platforms such as Google, TikTok, Craigslist, or programmatic channels where relevant.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Tech, and Recruitment to ensure campaigns are aligned with study goals and continuously improving performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platformsMonitoring performance and making data-driven optimizations to improve ROIAnalyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunitiesManaging budgets effectively to maximize resultsOptimizing middle-of-funnel performance (landing pages, forms, and conversion flows)Staying up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practicesCollaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with campaign and study objectives
