Position: DevSecOps Engineer, Sr. (DoD Secret | Remote) with Security Clearance Senior Dev Sec Ops Engineer Location: Remote Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher) Employment Type: Full-time Make an Impact on Military Healthcare: Join Rackner to build secure, cloud-native platforms that transform military healthcare delivery. Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in Dev Sec Ops, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s/K3s), and AWS Gov Cloud Skilled at building CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.) Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FISMA High) Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, etc.) Preferred / Bonus:: Experience with DHA, VA, or federal health IT programs Familiarity with Platform One, MOSA, or DDIL environments Knowledge of container security, SBOMs, vulnerability scanning Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, or other observability tools Exposure to Kubecost or cloud cost management What You’ll Do: Design and manage infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Git Ops Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated security automation Deploy and operate Kubernetes/K3s clusters in AWS Gov Cloud (IL5/IL6) Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus and Grafana Automate compliance artifacts to support ATO readiness Who We Are: Rackner is a cloud-native software consultancy delivering solutions for startups, enterprises, and the public sector.
