Job Details
Organize and lead technical workshops, hackathons, and developer meetups to build and nurture our developer ecosystem.
Monitor and analyze technology trends within the blockchain industry to guide the development of new marketing strategies.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain developers to our platform.
Design and implement technical marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our platform to the developer community.
Organize and lead community engagement initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and hackathons, to educate and involve developers in our ecosystem.
Create compelling content tailored for technical audiences, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, that highlights the features and benefits of our platform.
Foster strong relationships with developers, influencers, and other stakeholders within the blockchain community.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to gather feedback from the community and influence product enhancements and roadmap.Analyze community engagement metrics and refine strategies to improve outreach and retention.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events, enhancing our visibility and reputation within the tech community.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing or developer relations, preferably within a tech or blockchain environment.
Strong understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain and their importance in the blockchain ecosystem.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns tailored to developer communities.
Understanding of architectures for various blockchain tools, being able to compare and contrast (eg Solidity vs. Move, EVM vs. CosmWASM)Demonstrated ability to organize and manage events, both virtual and in-person.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Enthusiastic about fostering community growth and passionate about innovation in blockchain technology.
