DevOps Tech lead

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring engineers. Key Responsibilities:
Set Direction: Define and drive the DevOps strategy to align with company goals (especially for Data/AI solutions).
Lead the Team: Mentor and coach engineers; run performance reviews and champion individual growth plans.
Stay Hands-On: Step in as Tech Lead or SA on client projects to ensure best practices and maintain up-to-date skills.
Ensure Quality Delivery: Establish standards, review project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with other leads (Data, AI, etc.) for integrated solutions and company-wide initiatives.
Thought Leadership: Share knowledge internally via workshops and training. Requirements:
DevOps & Cloud: Expert in AWS (primary), plus working knowledge of GCP/Azure. Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of guiding engineers, resolving roadblocks, and nurturing a high-performance team.
Effective Communication: Comfortable interacting with engineers and executives, translating technical details into clear action plans.
