Guide junior and mid-level engineers through technical challenges, career growth, and DevOps best practices;


Act as a bridge between DevOps, development, and product teams to ensure smooth communication, clear priorities, and effective handoffs;


Break down initiatives into actionable tasks, assign them based on skills and workload, and ensure timely delivery with regular check-ins;


Design, document, and iterate on CI/CD pipelines, incident management processes, change control, and service deployment procedures;


Standardize infrastructure and automation practices: Create reusable templates, guidelines, and playbooks for infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, logging, and environment setup across projects;


Implement and manage infrastructure using tools such as Terraform to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency;


Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, facilitating faster and more reliable releases;


Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration management, and monitoring;


Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring high availability and performance;


Maintain security best practices in infrastructure and applications, conduct regular security audits, and collaborate with the security team to address vulnerabilities;


Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures;


Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for development and operations teams, ensuring the efficient resolution of issues.


We need your professional experience:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;


7+ years of experience in a DevOps role;


Experience with team management project planning, have a strategic mindset and vision;


Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DocDB, KMS, VPC, Route53, etc.;


Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt;


Hands-on experience with CI/CD tool: GitLab CI;


Scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell;


Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (AWS EKS);


Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud computing concepts;


Relevant certifications (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) are a plus;


Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Victoria-metrics, Grafana, Alertmanager, and ELK stack.
