DevOps Engineer, Senior - EC (Guayaquil, Ecuador, EC)

We seek a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Azure or AWS who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. What will help you succeed: Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate) Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including: SLAs, SLOs, SLIs definition and tracking Incident response , root cause analysis, and post-mortem culture Commitment to operational excellence and reliability at scale Strong observability and monitoring skills: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Datadog, ELK stack Proficiency with cloud providers : AWS, Azure, GCP Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift), Docker Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Azure DevOps HTTP protocol and related implementations: Apache, NGINX, Varnish, ALB, CDN (e.g., AWS CloudFront) Programming/scripting in Python , Go , JavaScript , and Bash Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis/Valkey, Cassandra, Memcached) Strong understanding of cloud security best practices Solid grasp of networking concepts This job can be filled in Ecuador #EC-Remote Create with us digital products that people love.
