ā¢ We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience across AWS services-particularly Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect-and proven ability to deploy, scale, and manage AI/ML infrastructure in production environments. This role blends deep technical engineering capabilities with strong DevOps discipline. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud security, coupled with strong development experience in React, Python, and Java.
Your Impact
ā¢ As a Senior Associate DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling and scaling critical AI, ML, and cloud-native workloads. In this role, you will:
ā¢ Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML infrastructure using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
ā¢ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to support rapid and high?quality releases.
ā¢ Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to consistently provision and maintain AWS environments.
ā¢ Collaborate with engineering teams to support development workflows and integrate DevOps best practices into application lifecycles.
ā¢ Contribute directly to development efforts through hands?on coding in React, Python, and Java as needed to support integrations, tooling, or platform enhancements.
ā¢ Design and enforce AWS IAM policies, network security controls, and guardrails to maintain a secure and compliant cloud environment.
ā¢ Implement logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks to ensure system visibility, health insights, and rapid incident response.
ā¢ Scale AI/ML applications in production, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and cost governance.
ā¢ Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to increase automation, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen platform reliability.
Skills & Experience
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect, including configuration, integration, and operational support.
ā¢ Proven experience deploying and managing AI/ML infrastructure and scaling AI workloads in production environments.
ā¢ Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, containerization, and orchestration.
